Returns Policy

McGrath Locks provides a 30 day money back guarantee. To be eligible for this guarantee under our Returns Policy or to return an item under this Returns Policy, our products must be in their original packaging, returned in full along with all included accessories and must not be damaged in any way by the customer during the time the item is in the customer’s possession.
If the item has been fitted to the door the 30 day money back guarantee will be void. Prior to fitting please double check the dimensions and measurements of the lock to ensure it is suitable for your door.
The refund amount will be the price paid by the customer for the item minus any shipping, restocking (25%) and selling fees incurred by McGrath Locks. If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact us

Replacement Policy

A decision will be made on a case by case basis. A deposit of 30% of the original purchase price (less fees and shipping) will be required prior to sending out the replacement device or product. This deposit will be returned when the defective goods are received by McGrath Locks. Defective products not returned to McGrath Locks will forfeit the deposit and render any further warranty claims void. It is the customers responsibility to organise the exchange of defective and the replacement product.
